Ethan Hunter has served as a deacon at Cedar, where he has demonstrated a thoughtful care for both the financial and physical needs of the congregation. He has previously served as President of the Deacons, providing leadership and oversight in the church’s diaconal ministry.
Ethan works as a therapist at Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services, where he ministers to adults in the partial day program. Through compassionate care and a desire to reflect the love of Christ, he walks alongside those navigating mental health challenges, serving both his patients and the broader hospital community.
Ethan and his wife, Kelsey, share a love for gospel ministry in Japan and have participated in several short-term mission trips to serve there. If you want to know anything about Japanese culture or food, Ethan is a great person to ask.
Ethan and Kelsey have three boys and enjoy spending time together as a family.
