Justin was ordained as a deacon in the OPC in 2024. He has a heart for helping others serve and grow, with a desire to see each member of the body use their God-given gifts for the building up of the church.
At Cedar, Justin leads a Sunday school class and currently serves as Treasurer and President of the Deacons. He is especially passionate about living out the vision of 1 Corinthians 12, encouraging others to use their unique gifts to further God’s kingdom and bring Him glory.
Justin works as a teacher at Jenison Christian School, where he invests in the lives of students each day. He has a deep appreciation for how Christian education can both teach and disciple children for Christ.
Justin and his wife, Jordan, have been married since 2012 and have three children. As a family, they stay active with sports and music and enjoy spending time together. In their free time, they enjoy being outdoors, whether hiking or relaxing at their family cottage.
